Jobs Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
- Develop scalable and high-performance technical designs, considering factors such as data modeling, integration requirements, and security.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Oversee and participate in the development of custom applications, enhancements, and integrations on the Salesforce platform.
- Design and implement seamless integrations between Salesforce and external systems, leveraging APIs and middleware platforms.
- Enforce Salesforce development best practices and ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on Salesforce best practices and new features.
- Familiar with business needs as well as processes; and works closely with external vendor and/or internal team to get things done using Salesforce platform.
- Review and challenge the estimation provided by external vendor or internal team.
- Deconstruct complex requirements into simpler parts and approve solutions provided by team.
- Analyze the problem well and conclude with the development team if the solution can be put in place with out-of-the-box functionality or with custom change.
- Versatility in working across projects and domains.
Qualification/ Prerequisites
- Required minimum 8+ years experience in software development.
- Proven experience of at least 2+ years as a Salesforce Technical Architect with a focus on large-scale implementations.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification is highly desirable.
- Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Sales Cloud, Integration, Solution design Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Salesforce platform knowledge, including its architecture, data model, security model, and numerous features and functionalities.
- Aware of the high-level functionalities of different Salesforce products on cloud.
- Excellent verbal, written and representation communication skills.
- Strong and professional work ethics and time management skills to deliver results and meet challenging deadlines.
- Good analytical reasoning.
